Claims are normally processed every other Monday

If the Monday falls on a holiday, then the process date will be the next business day. Claims received by the previous Thursday's close of business are included in the bi-weekly Monday process.

Once a claim is processed, checks are mailed that week from St. Louis, MO. If you signed up for direct deposit, the deposit should hit your bank account by the end of that process week.
