COBRA ADMINISTRATION

If you would like to login to view your COBRA information, please visit https://benefitsassist.summitwith.us/ and contact our office for login information.

If you would like to make a COBRA premium payment by credit card please call (865) 769-2800 so that we can process your payment. There is a 3.0% convenience fee applied to the premium amount. Late payments are not accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express at this time.

You can check your balance with our app available for Apple and Android. Search for BenefitsAssist Mobile in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

You may also log into https://benefitsassist.wealthcareportal.com. If you have not already created your User ID please contact BenefitsAssist, inc. at flex@benefitsassist.net or (865) 769-2800 for your Employer ID and Employee ID in order to create your User ID.

Legacy HSA

Some older accounts may be on HSA Bank. You can check account information as well as login at https://www.HSABank.com. You may need to call HSA Bank at 1-800-357-6246 for login instructions and further account information.
